If I could give a zero star I would. Completed contact 7 days ago. This attorney Sean P. O' Sullivan: Answered his own phone which says he is not very busy himself. Now I know why.....That was red flag #1... We lost valuable time and possible money because 1. he (o'sullivan said he would call me back in 24 hours...Which he did not. I called him and (he) said he would call me back next day by 3:30 pm. 2. He never called. I called him back went straight to office voicemail. 3 Tried to leave a message for him but his mailbox full. 4. I attempted next day after memorial day 2018. Told he was not in office.
5. I called again next day told he is not in office. I asked when he would return. informed he is on vacation all week. 6. No paralegal or legal secretary left with information about the legal matter discussed with him even though I informed him the matter was time and date sensitive. now 7 days delayed and I have to start from scratch. P.S. Staff/person legal secretary or what or whom ever she was was not friendly or forthcoming.
