They came the same day I called. I was impressed. They examined the water leak and said they'd get back to me later in the day. They did not. The next morning they still had not called so about 10:15 AM I called. They said they were not a big operation so they would not be able to do the job. Why did I have to call them? Had they told me yesterday I would have been able to call another company yesterday. I will give them 1 star because I cannot give then fewer stars than 1.

I am a professional Property Management company who used Steve's plumbing for about a year. In that hear we paid them several thousands of dollars for over priced mediocre work. Now, over a year later they send us 4 invoices that we never received. WE paid 3 immediately as that is our policy (we pay upon receipt of the invoice) but, we did not pay a 4th invoice as we no longer managed the property. As in our management agreement with owners, maintenance is a pass through to the owner. The final responsibility to pay is the owners after we no longer manage. WE explained this to their bookkeeping to no avail and a constable showed up at my office with a law suit for $425. I called my atty. The bottom line is that we settled for 1/2 then, I find that Steve's Plumbing is also going for the full amount from the owner. WHAT CROOKS with a terrible bookkeeping department.

I called yesterday morning about very slow drains and a garbage disposal that did not work. The young lady on the phone was very professional and set an appointment for the SAME AFTERNOON. Chris called as he was headed to my house. Chris was very professional. He looked at all the drains and then determined that the garbage disposal could not be repaired. While I went to Lowe's for a new garbage disposal, he had all the drains clear and running better than they have since I moved into this house.



The price was very fair and the service excellent. I would recommend Steve's Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. Excellent same day service.
