The staff are so great and very helpful. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else.

I live in the northern suburbs and wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care. The staff at the Visionary is second to none! They take the time to pick out a variety of frames that compliment my features, coloring, and vision. Their exams are thorough and punctual, and everyone is so pleasant. They are the gold standard for quality and service in my eyes!

I have worn glasses since the fourth grade and have gone to several eye care places in my lifetime. After finding The Visionary, I can't imagine going anywhere else. They do an excellent job. From a thorough eye exam to finding the right pair of glasses for my face and budget. I have family and friends that go there also and have never heard a complaint. This place is great. My wife even loves it! They help you pick out glasses and will stick to your budget. Explained my insurace and let me pick what I wanted to get.

Adjusted my safety glasses for free. Give you a "goodie bag" that includes a cleaning kit with my glasses again for free. Lots of service, very frinedly.

Very forceful when it comes to using insurance with the patient. If you fail to return within there time periods they make you pay for everything. They are very unhappy people and hard to deal with it is there way or no way. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Don't even call this number. Act like it doesn't exist. I can tell you will be much happier with another doctor, and office staff. They push contact lens exam and then if you can't wear them. They tell you oh well in order to get glasses you will have to pay for the lens exam cause you can't do both. They don't tell you this up front. So after going there. I couldn't wear the lenses. So, I got an exam, and that was it. Walked away with nothing but they got my money.
