        rip off

        My boyfriend sent me flowers and a bear for valentine's day. The flowers are tiny and the bear is baby blue for a newborn boy, and it is tiny. He paid $20 extra for a bear that looks like it came from the dollar store. When I called to ask about the logic of sending me a bear for a newborn boy for valentine's day I was yelled at over the phone. The woman claimed that even tho it says on the tag that it is for a baby that I was wrong and it's not for a baby. What happened to the customer being right. I will never use thus business. Bad quality and horrible customer service.
