I received a direct mailing about refinancing my existing VA loan with a VA IRRRL loan. I was unfamiliar with what this loan product was so I did some google searches about it as well as Allied First Bank since I didn't know much about them either. Everything seemed legit and checked out so I decided to call the number listed on the mailer to ask additional questions. I was connected with Mathew Smith and found him to be very knowledgeable about the products, processes, and timelines associated with them. He answered all questions I had professionally without all of the confusing finance lingo. We worked together for about 9 months with Mathew keeping me updated every few weeks on current interest rates. He was never aggressive or pushy which was very appreciated. He understood what I was looking for in terms of interest rate and fees and was very open about them. Rates came down where I wanted them so I proceeded with the VA IRRRL loan. Matthew kept me updated on the process and was easy to get in contact with during the refinance closing process to answer any additional question I had. Everything went smooth and I am very happy with my lower mortgage payment. I would definitely work with Matthew again in the future.

I initially tried to use Allied for my mortgage needs through Thomas Wright. Long story short, they were unprofessional, screwed up in a lot of areas and hurt my credit score with a mistake of theirs. Did they fix their mistake? NO! They refused. They did the same thing to my realtor whom qas using them for his loan as well. Thomas wright is incompetent and I highly suggest that you avoid him and his office.

I started a refinance with Allied Bank in the middle of December 2014 and I was closing on the refinancing by 26 January 2015 ..all my questions were answered in immediate response to an email or a phone call they explained everything thoroughly and if I had any questions afterwards whatsoever they would resend me the information and reexplain it to me and do it with the upmost of kindness...I must especially thank .. Tia Guname Who was my representative from Allied Bank..such a wonderful professional to deal with ..very kind ..very thoughtful and very thorough.

I highly recommend Allied Bank ..you will be treated wonderfully and be happy to speak to anybody from this bank.

We want to thank Cassandra Rosales at Allied First Bank for the wonderful job she did with our mortgage. The mortgage process is never a simple one, especially with today’s mortgage rules and qualification requirements. Casey made the entire process palatable. She took the time to explain to us exactly what we needed and guided us through the entire mortgage process. Going through the process we really felt that Casey was our guide and advocate just as much as she was the Loan Officer. She broke down the steps and clearly explained each one. Sure we asked a lot of questions! But she answered each one to our satisfaction.



We really felt comfortable with Casey. Her friendly and cheerful voice was one that I would hear regularly to give us an update on the process. She made sure that we knew exactly where we were, even taking the time to give us updates on her days off.
