Luckys Heating And Cooling

Determined my 15yr old A/C was on its last leg. Had several contractors quote new system. Lucky"s price and delivery was comparable to all. Lucky's offered to get my existing a/c going until the new unit was delivered. New unit installed in one week from ordering. Install guys were fast and clean.

The lead technician who came out was extremely rude. In speaking with others who have had their AC serviced this year, I was ripped off on the price as well. I will never use them again.

Would strongly recommend. Bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them and their pricing was cheaper than 7 other quotes that I had received( But lucky's did a lot of duct work, which no other company included). Their employees were extremely nice. Got everything done i a timely manner and even had the paperwork for my DTE rebate when they finished. Will always be using them for my heating and cooling!

Replaced our htg & cooling system in half a day. 2 minor problems (one caused by me)were resolved VERY QUICKLY (came out within 1 hour of calling!). Would highly recommend!
