Horrid!. Paid for warranty, had a general maintenance call. They actually dropped my tractor off the lift in my driveway. Called 800 for technician to fix the damage he caused. They sent the same tech 10 days later. He repaired a head gasket. Tractor still broken. Called again to speak with a supervisor. He refuses to call us back. They said they would send another tech ...another 10 day wait. Yes they sent the same tech. He called at 2 pm to say he was on his way. At 5 he texted and said there was nothing he could do to fix the tractor and didn't show. Tried to get supervisor Bill on the phone again. Still no callback. By the way I have never had anything other than a craftsman tractor ...the first one lasted 15 years. So I bought another when it stopped working. For the 3 years I have owned the tractor it ran great. Never an issue...I called this company under the warranty for oil change. My tractor is now a piece of junk and doesn't run. Don't spend your money on this warranty..they will likely break your appliance or equipment. Sears does not stand behind their product and senior leadership doesn't monitor their employees. I am confident that sears has great employees but this crew in Bridgeville Pa is atrocious.
