Tree weeks ago we hired CB Lucas to diagnose Trane XV-80 blower failure. The truck advert indicated that they offer a free estimate if they do work. I paid for the service call and the part diagnosed (module). That part failed three weeks later. This time, CB Lucas wanted to replace the motor and the module. I asked Trane field service representative to verify the diagnosis. CB Lucas owner exploded, rejecting anyone questioning his judgement. He did not entertain possibility of a paying customer objecting him in any way. So, we fired him. His competitor confirmed our suspicion. I feel sorry for anyone working for this family own emperor. CB Lucas belongs in a museum with bars.

Recently, C.B.Lucas Co. Inc worked at my house, installed a new Trane central air conditioner and a Trane furnace. They also build a new duct system for my house.



From very beginning to get a quotation, to the finishing of this project, my feeling is that, Mr. Mike Lucas is a very honest and professional business man, worth your trust. His technician crew are well trained professionals. They worked quick, and worked neat and clean. The whole project finished one day ahead of the schedule. Even this project is not 100% finished yet, (city inspection and cover new duct with wood frame and dry wall.) but the furnace already work, keep the house warm for the cold November weather.



The price they quote is reasonable, you can't expect they make nothing from work, the key is the quality of the service they provided, I think is worth the cost you have to pay.



I hope my new system can last long enough for the years to come. However, I am not worried too much, because C.B Lucas Co. Inc, is always there, if any problem, I can expect their quality service.



If anyone have similar project need to be done, I suggest you get in touch with Mr. Mike Lucas, you don't have to make a decision at the very first step, but compare their quote with others, then make your final choice.
