I like to share my experience with Tidwell Realty. Back in 2015, my family and I have been going through struggling times. We had to let go of everything we owned, even our house. We first went to Pevarnik Real Estate. They came and told us they would be in touch with us. Weeks and weeks passed by, we started to wonder if they had forgotten us, which they did. We then decided since we were in Greensburg we would go to Tidwell Realty for our house. Our family walked in and spoke with Lisa Tidwell, she was so nice and caring. She came out to our house to walk around and to see what she can do to help us sale our house. We had to list it as a short sale and Tidwell Realty was absolutely phenomenal and professional at what they do, which is real estate. Brenda got right to the point with our mortgage company/bank by taking care of all the communications. Our house was sold in a matter of a short time. Lisa helped us look for a quick place for us to live while the closing on our house was processing. The Tidwell Team is truly caring and helped us when nobody else would. We are very thankful for them everyday and couldn’t imagine where we would be without their help. Thank You so very much.

Worst Experience ever. What should have been a simple cash transaction turned into a fumble of errors on Tidwell’s side. Be aware of admin charges from Tidwell and unwillingness to follow directions. I will never purchase property from them again and will not recommend them to anyone who asks. I purchased multiple properties in one month from different realtors with Tidwell being the far worst experience of them all.

Tidwell Realty sold our home fast. We had it listed for over 1 year with a Real Estate company in Murrysville. And our home just sat there. The listing agent only showed it 1 time in 12 months. Then when our home came off the market. My husband called Tidwell Realty. Lisa Tidwell came out to our home the very same day. And then by the following week she had our home sold. It happen so fast.... we were just amazed by the HUGE difference. My husband just wishes that we would have gone to Tidwell Realty 1st. If you are going to buy or sell a home - call Tidwell Realty. My husband and I bought our first home from the Tidwell's. It was a wonderful and smooth experience! The Team aspect truely is helpful when buying a home. Tidwell Realty, was so nice to me and my fiancé. We are getting married next month. Matt & I needed to find our 1st home. We were really nervous about buying. I called several real estate offices, but it seemed nobody wanted to work with us, they never called us back. Maybe because we were not buying some million dollar home. Then I called Tidwell Realty, about a home in Latrobe. Diane, was really friendly & invited Matt & I into the office. Diane said, so the Tidwell Team could get to know us, to find out what we were looking for in a home. I WAS AMAZED, that they were interested in helping us. Linda, Lisa, Bill, Noreen, Diane & Tidwell Team, was just great, they were very patience & guided us on everything. At closing, they were there to make sure everything was just right. We could not have done this without Tidwell Realty. I want them to know, that Matt & I really appreciate all they did for us. We have told all of our friends about them. They are helping 2 of them now. Tidwell Realty is my #1 choice for real estate companies. Thank you! Now I must get ready for our wedding.

My wife and I purchased our very 1st home, from Tidwell Realty. Back then 20 years ago, my wife and I did not have much to spend, for our home, But Linda Tidwell, treated us so nice. She took a lot of time to explain everything to us. Well, since then, we have purchase and sold with Tidwell Realty. My son and I purchase homes to fix up, then either rent them out, or The Tidwell Team, sells them. And they sell their homes. They just don't put up some sign and do nothing. They are advertising all over the internet. Ever ytime I call their office, it seems, like someone is always there. But I am very thankful to them, for not only helping my family & I, but for how they took the time to explain the process of buying and selling to us. HEY GIRLS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... We had our home in Greensburg - listed previously with 2 other real estate companies for 2 years. It seemed that they did nothing but put up a sign & tell us wishful promises. They did nothing. And actually 1 of the realtors quit the company & no one ever told us. Then our property came off the market.



That is when we met Tidwell Realty. Tidwell Realty sent us some letters - telling us about their company & what they could do for us. Linda, Donna, & Lisa are just incrediable. They did exactly what they said they would do. Donna helped stage our home. Which really made a big difference. Tidwell Realty did a virtural tour of our home. It looked great. And then our home sold in 2 1/2 weeks. WOW! It was amazing. Everyone is so friendly at Tidwell Realty. My husband & I would recommend them to everyone - They did everything what they said they would do & more. If you want to sell your home - do not call anyone else but Tidwell Realty.
