Sunrise Concrete

I have used Sunrise Concrete (Damian and his team) for three projects for my home in Eastvale. My first project for my new home was to landscape my bare back yard, with stamped cement side and back yard patios and walk ways, sod, plants, cement planter edging and an automatic irrigation system. In working with Damian, he provided excellent ideas with exceptional results. His pricing was very reasonable and his team delivered as promised.

On a second project, Damian and his team help me design new landscaping layout for my front yard and removed the poorly laid out landscaping that was done by the builder as well as the poor irrigation system. Again, very well done installing new sod, plants, cement planter edging and automatic irrigational system.; all very well done and at a reasonable price.

My third project, I then had his team design and install two side yard rod iron gates that I am confident will last for the life of the house; well done.

Damian has also come out two other times to troubleshoot and repair my irrigation system.

I have also schedule his team to upgrade the front yard irrigation system on my mothers home in Garden Grove and he is working with me to plan for a new back yard patio, sod and irrigation system.

Besides Damian being a great person to work with, his customer service is excellent and his team is exceptional. I have recommended Sunrise Concrete to several others in my community.

Sunrise Concrete completely landscaped my ½ acre lot including a tremendous amount of concrete work, building retaining walls, fire pit with bench, lighting, patio cover, outdoor bowling alley, shuffle board court, basketball court with LED lighting, life-size chess/checker board, grass, turf, plants, and irrigation. To say that I am completely satisfied with SC would be an understatement

In addition, to SC providing fair and reasonable pricing, being licensed/bonded/insured, high quality and local-the owner of SC also provided me with a phenomenal amount of experience and knowledge. He provided me with great ideas on what would look good, reliability, he was easy to work with, willing to do whatever it took to make me the-customer happy, followed through, the crew showed up daily, didn’t ask for payment ahead of scheduled, met and even exceeded estimated timelines, and had pride of workmanship.

Sunrise concrete came in and saved us from what we thought was irreparable. Damien, the owner, was onsite everyday to ensure everything went right. He did a lot of extra things that were not in contract, for example, he removed all the drains and redid them for free because the previous contractor did not install correctly. Now the drains are 100% functional.

I called Sunrise to come in and fix my pool deck. He demoed the one week old pool deck that another contractor butchered. He ripped everything out. Redid the drains. Fixed the grading that was poorly done by the previous contractor. Sunrise covered all existing concrete and the pool coping to ensure no spillage will ruin the surrounding areas. The concrete came out beautiful. Damien threw the stamp pattern for free and gave us a reasonable price for the color, a last minute decision. If you want a competent company this is the one.

We are very happy that we chose Sunrise Concrete for our landscaping needs. After meeting with different contractors to install an inground jacuzzi, do some brick work, and pour concrete, we chose Sunrise because the owner seemed very knowledgeable and fair. Not only was the owner (Damian) always available to answer questions, he oversaw every step of the process and followed through on every task until the end. He kept us informed of his crew's schedule and what to expect and when. The crew that was sent out to our house was very hard working and very professional. They worked long days, always making sure we were happy with their work. We are very happy with the finished product and with our choice to use Sunrise. We would recommend this company to anyone in need of some work.

Called their office Monday (6/1/15) for an estimate appt. Said someone would be at my house between 3-4PM the next day. Got a call at 3:57 saying they were running late but that their guy would be there before 5. Waited and nobody came. And no phone call since. Today's THURSDAY. They completely forgot about me. I got a ($1,600) estimate from another company that DID show up. THEY'LL be getting my business.

I have had experience with many contractors and I would have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had.



Damian listened to my plan and executed it well. He pulled all of the permits needed and arranged for the inspections as needed. I have never had a contractor that did that before. Most contractors want to avoid permits and inspections. I cannot even begin to list the things that went as planned; drainage, electrical, gas, water supply. All were done very well.



I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete and landscaping work.

Sunrise Concrete did our back yard several weeks ago, they did good job on the stamped concrete but they did a lousy job on staining the concrete. My wife and I are not a happy camper. And I will not recommend them to any of my neighbors.





Update re: concrete staining.

After 6 month, someone from Sunrise Concrete called, her name is Claudia Vasquez. She wants to find out whether we are happy with the work they did on our backyard. We told her that they did a lousy job on staining the concrete. And the two men who came to stain the concrete used a lower quality staining products. Not the one that Damian Vasquez promised to stain the concrete which is BRICKFORM products. We will give another review and follow up with regards to this matter

I am extremely happy with the work Sunrise did for us. We got a flyer on our door with amazing promotions and we thought it might be too good to be true. My neighbor used them first and their yard looks good. Then Sunrise did our yard. Our yard was all dirt, They put in concrete, sprinklers, grass, planters, and a patio cover. I am happy with all the work, I would use them again.

I recently had some work down in my yard. Sunrise concrete did a great job. HONEST & RELIABLE!!
