The Sheraton team came out to help update my home bringing it up to code. The standard of professionalism set by owner, Larry Ruby, is an undeniably high one. He has restored if not redefined the whole concept of customer service so diminished in our consumer culture today.

My property and I were treated with the utmost respect and polite consideration throughout the project. Every member of 'Team Sheraton' I had the pleasure of working with was knowledgeable in his specialty and very well trained. Paying close attention to the smallest details.

Although complicated, my job was completed well within the estimated time spite of my attempt to 'assist'. Exceeding my every expectation.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome or recommend this company any higher.
