West Plains Savings and Loan was established in 1919. The Association was chartered as a Missouri Corporation and held as a Mutual Building and Loan which gives ownership to our borrowers and savings customers. Since those early days we have continued our mission of giving local people an institution to purchase property and invest savings with good returns.
