"Connections" A Plumbing Company

At this point I can only grade this company on their professionalism due to the fact that I haven't had the chance to rate them on promptness and expertise as of yet. You can bet that they will get their chance as soon as I need another plumber in the Houston area.

I had called looking for a plumber for a rental. The guy apologized and told me that he was tied up for at least a week.
He did take the time to listen to my problem that I was trying to find a plumber from out of state. He recommended a plumber that he said he trusted. I really appreciated that because I know first hand how it is not to be able to trust people who should be doing everything they can to make their company and craft look good and trustworthy but instead try harder to rip you off.
Just the day before I called another company who said that they could come that afternoon to repair a fairly minor leak. The renter waited all afternoon. My dad waited at home all afternoon to make payment after the job was done. Late afternoon after not hearing from the plumber and after several unanswered calls, messages, and texts to him from myself and the renter we figured out that he wasn't coming. Now the minor leak has turned into pretty much an emergency and I'm still looking for a plumber! The guy could have saved us a lot of time and trouble if he had only let us know he couldn't make it!

I'm just glad now that we are gaining outlets that let us praise good and trustworthy work but also expose the bad.

I sure believe that these guys at Connections are good and deserve a chance.

Todd did a great job in fixing our gas line! It is indeed a tough and dirty job to fix the gas pipe for a 40 year old house! Todd is very patient and considerate. He kept working areas very clean and neat. One time he had to cut the sheetrock in our storage room in order to access the gas line. When I came back to home, to my surprise, the storage room is clean, Todd is so careful that he only cut a very small square of sheetrock from the wall and he taped it so well that people could hardly notice. We received green tag from City of Houston the next day! Thank you for taking such good care of us! We'll never forget the excellent job you did!

My wife and I purchased a house with settling problems causing major drain line breakage and problems under the foundation. Todd was able to assemble a crew to tunnel nearly 30 feet under the foundation to replace all the lines in that part of the house. The repairs were made and yard restored so well you could hardly notice they were there. The project was completed within 2 weeks of contacting him and was one of the most professional jobs completed with the home. He is reasonably priced, does a great job and real pleasure to work with.

Todd was an honest, knowledgable and professional plumber. He went beyond expectations, performing what ever additional unforeseen works that were necessary to ensure the "the job was done right the first time" at no additional cost. Todd's obvious desire to ensure he had a satisfied customer was his reward. I have used many different plumbers during previous renovations and repairs, and am so glad we have finally found a reliable plumber we intend to use for any future plumbing issue. Have already recommended Todd to our many neighbors who keep on asking if we know "a good plumber", and have no hesitation in recommending Todd to anyone else who wants a great job, at a very competitive price, done right the first time. During my 20+ yrs as a professional engineer I have recommenced only a handful of professional tradesmen, Todd falls into that select few.

The plumber showed up on schedule, was very clean with the work he preformed, He did a great job explaining what our problems were, the stoppages were very messy, which was kept contained with a drop cloth. Also gave an explanation as to why the disposal needed to be replaced. All 3 jobs were finished in a professional manor and the bill was very acceptable.
