Arrived on time, careful with belongings, extremely polite and courteous to all my family members. They were quick and finished earlier than expected. They were patient with us and helped we pack some of our personal belongings. The loading and unloading were done with such expertise manner.

Highly recommended.

United Moving Services are real professionals. I have used their services more than once. They are always on time and very polite. I was not at all worried about my items being damaged. They are always well planned and works accordingly. They make your move very smooth.

This is my 4th experience with United Moving Services and I have no plans of changing my mind. They were super as always. The service they offer is marvelous each and every time. With the support of United Moving Services, Our move was not at all a stress. Packers & movers were really efficient. They very well know how to get thing done perfectly. All of our belongings came on time and intact. As I have dust allergy, The guys literally took over and did the move for me start to finish.

My son had his stuff moved and he has discovered that his pricy guitar was missing. I have tried to contact this company, but are able to leave only a message. Make sure when you book them...all the costs are up front to you. When they got to deliver the stuff (2 days late..pick up was also 1 day late), they tried to sock him with extra costs and kinda held his stuff "hostage" till they could work out a deal. The driver also told him that he had to quickly decide as he would be on the clock jacking the price up more if he did not make a quick decision. Not reliable. Would not recommend. the phone folks are very courteous when they are selling you the service...try to get ahold of them after the deal is done. Impossible.

Ooohrah! This was a military move for me located to a different base. The crew came in with the swiftness and got me loaded into the truck with the quickness. Nothing broken. Nothing to complain about. Was an overall good experience. Appreciate a hard working team.

These guys delivered. Literally!!! There's nothing for me to complain about. Not sure what this woman below is talking about. Everything arrived just as it left. No damages. I did purchase the full insurance policy for my shipment as the free coverage isn't the best policy. I recommend anyone moving do the same if there's any doubts. Better be safe than sorry but I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me with my move. Thanks UMS team!

Moving cross country terrified me - especially after reading some horror stories online. I interviewed several different companies for the task and eventually chose United Moving Services. They arrived an hour late which scared me even though they called to advise they would be a little late. Thats the reason I rated them 4 and not 5 stars. Everything else went smoothly. Not 1 complaint. We got our stuff when we were supposed to. The move took the guys about 5 hours to do which was about what I was anticipating it would be. Overall I have no complaints and actually think I'm being a little harsh by giving these guys 4 stars and not 5 since nothing ever goes 100% as planned. Would definitely use and recommend these guys to anyone looking to move.

These guys did a great job for myself and my family. The phone reps were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The crew went the extra mile. On my last move the foreman sat there barking orders at people. Not with this crew. Everyone including the foreman got their hands dirty moving our stuff. We moved from Queens NY which was one of the reasons we picked this company as they were local to us. Our belongings arrived in FL not even a week later which we were extremely surprised about. Very happy I found and decided to use these guys. Thanks to everyone who made this move as easy as possible!!!

REALLY BAD experience. I've got 1 damaged TV, 4 of my wooden furniture cracked, and 2 missing items. However, after long time back and forth evaluation, they only compensated $162, only $9 for the TV.



If you don't care about your furniture missed/damaged, it is fine to go to them. However, you will never be compensated based on a reasonable price. And you have to spend all of your own time to handle this issue because the insurance company they include is not their business.

The new place i moved into had some ridiculously complicated moving regulations. The United Moving Service was one of the listed companies. After the quote I went with them.



The whole move took about 5 hours. The guys were really efficient and fast. They were friendly and the customer service was awesome. They also had good attitude.

United Moving Service was highly appreciated, with all the exceptional reviews! The crew called before hand to let us know about the arrival. They all were very respectful and courteous. They did not waste time and got to the work immediately. The paper works were done quickly. They were careful with the belongings. I can't say enough! The movers were really professional, everything went stress free. They waste no time in small talk. Once they arrive, they rush to the job at hand. Despite hourly rating, they worked fast. They were also careful with the belongings. Actually I was not ready to leave once they arrived; they actually said that they can come back later, though they were not obliged to do so. That by itself is an

example of their customer service. The cost was reasonable too, considering they moved everything fast!

This is the quickest move I ever had. I was packed, moved and unpacked all under 5 hours (Including 2 hours driving). I am glad I decided to go with United Moving

Services. The crew was real friendly. One of the movers informed me that they had to lock up the van as there was a suspicious guy hanging out. I really appreciate it that he cared about the safety of our belongings.
