Aac Services Heating & Cooling

Tech identified a problem immediately upon removing the access cover on the AC condenser. He replaced the part, checked out the readings and installed brass valve caps to replace the plastic ones... AC back in operation in 30 min. Previous tech from a different company failed to see the bad condenser and the unit failed shortly after leaving.

It was 10:30 PM on a Sunday night, and my house had already dropped to 50°. I thought I would be able to wait till Monday but it was so cold outside and so cold inside I had no choice but to call around for some help. I am an older widow and did not know who I should call but I found several heating cooling companies in the book, the first two I called was no return call after an hour. The third one I called was AAC SERVICES, I've received a call back in less than 10 minutes. We talked on the phone for five minutes and within a half hour he was at the house making the repair. He was able to replace a part and have the heat running in a very short amount of time. I was truly blessed to have found someone so kindhearted and sweet to come out so late in the evening with such treacherous road conditions.

My a.c. died this past summer latex in the summer, and this company responded very quickly to get my unit back up and running. Even was willing to work around my crazy schedule with grace and a mind set on customer service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Adam F. at AAC saved our Easter weekend! The igniter went out on us at 830 pm on a Sat night... the night before Easter... after running to Home Depot & Lowe's for a "quick fix" to see if they had the part needed, to no avail.. we were told we would have to wait until Monday morning to get the part.. Temps dropping to freezing overnight.. we placed a call to AAC at 930pm.. and had the part in hand, and heat was flowing by 1030pm!! If not for this wonderful service and help from AAC, it would have been a chilly Easter Sunday! We HIGHLY recommend AAC for any heating/cooling needs!! Service and timeliness is held in high regard!!

My furnace was not working yesterday morning. I called AAC Services, and they were at my door in less then a half and hour.Fixed my furnace and gave me a great price!! I had an exceptional experience with AAC Services. First, I called their company late on a Sunday after my furnace went out. I was able to talk to someone right away, and they offered to come to my house immediately. However, as it was after hours, my home warranty company wouldn’t cover the visit, so they set up a convenient appointment the next day to meet with my work schedule.



Sul Salam was the technician who came to my home to address the issue with my furnace. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He identified the issue with my furnace right away. When my home warranty company tried to give him the run around over the phone, he was very persistent and advocated that they cover the visit (which they ended up doing, thanks to him). It didn’t take him long at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace, and he actually spent the vast majority of his visit on the phone with the warranty company. He didn’t charge me for the extra time it took to ensure that the warranty company covered the repairs.



If I ever have any other heating issues, I will definitely give AAC Services a call, and I will request Sul Salam by name. I highly recommend this company.

Adam and Jeff just left after getting my boiler up and running. They were pleasant and worked fast. I will be sure to tell family and friends about them. Adam was very professional, he was quick and efficient and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone I know. The aspect I liked most was his flexibility to help me out with my boiler.

Called evening around 7pm and Adam was out within the hour. He diagnosed our furnance problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He had the part in his truck which made the repair a quick one. He also checked other aspects of the furnance and advised the ignitor was not within tolerance and might cause us future problems. He also changed the air filter and answered our questions about duct cleaning. We believe him to be very reliable, honest and efficient. AAC replaced our A/C last fall and we have been very happy with that installation as well.

We used AAC Services and Dave was very helpful and quick. He recommended a better igniter which cost a little bit more but would last more than five years. The old igniter was only good for up to five years. So for $30.00 more we may not have to replace it again . That sounds better than every five years replace the same thing. He came on a Sunday morning and was in and out in no time. He was very polite, efficient and in the long run save us some money. I wished the previous furnace people had told us that. I am glad we called him.

AAC Services is the one to call. I've been calling them for years. Adam is very honest and knowledgeable. Just call and you will see.
