You end up paying (getting billed) even if the job is not done and repair is not successful to make the appliance work. Make sure you clarify this upfront with them. I was billed for $200 plus for a job that went on for 4 hours without success.

I have had heating/cooling and water heater work done by AAC. Everything was done with professionalism and quality!



This company is prompt, responsible and provided excellent follow-up to ensure things were done right. Definitely do business with AAC Services. They were very fair and honest with their assessments of what needed to be done. Unlike some other companies I contacted that wanted to replace things that worked fine and run up charges on unnecessary work.

I couldn't be happier with choosing AAC for my A/C repair. Sul came out quickly and was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what the problem was and what caused it. He had it wrapped up within 30 minutes and left the damaged part with me. He assured me that the unit was in great shape for its age. I waited a month to give my review to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company. They are very efficient and their prices are great. In fact I've already recommended them to several friends that need service.

G.U. Madison Heights-In 2014 I had AAC install my AC and is now in the process of installing my hot water tank and furnace. Adam, Sul and Calvin are all a pleasure to work with. They are very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a company you can trust.

Thanks to Sul and ACC our furnace is running flawlessly, our blower went out in the winter so we called the previous company which the part was still under warranty and they were still going to charge us $75 service charge, not only did Sul come right away but the whole repair was less than the other companies service charge! Only going with ACC from now on!

Our water heater failed on a Friday afternoon. Normally I research before I commit to any type of outside service coming into my home. But this was an emergency, the basement had flooded and I had to shut our water off. I went with the company that could get here quickest. I am glad I did. AAC had my system up and running that same day. They were quick, professional and I would refer them to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews, but AAC was great. Adam was professional, responsive and honest. Diagnosed and repaired my central AC on the spot. Didn't try to sell me an entire new system or replace components that didn't need replacing. I'll call them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and good prices. I have used AAC twice, in two different rental houses and I have been very happy with their service and prices on both occasions. I will definitely be calling AAC again in the future.

Our humidifier was not working so our house was bone-dry. The unit is dated back to 1990 so we were initially not sure how Adam would address the problem. He quickly assessed the issue and replaced the water valve. We paid the charge as quoted, which was reasonable. We were grateful for the fact that Adam repaired the old unit saying that humidifiers would last for a very long time. He was polite and professional but friendly and easy to talk to. After the repair, our comfort level has been much improved thanks to Adam.

I contacted AAC Services on New Year's Eve when my furnace motor stopped running. Even with the cold temps and the fact that there was about 2 inches of fresh snow on the ground, they were at my house within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later my furnace was back up and running. The technician was extremely friendly and took time to explain what happened to my furnace. Highly recommend this company
