/Went to get icecream on a warm sunny day 7/10/11 in Salem, oregon at the DQ on Lancaster Drive. We were not welcomed or even said hello to. We order 2 oreo earth quakes, small fry and a med Butterfinger blizzard. we get tothe window again no hello, our order is wrong 3 people are staring at us not no smiling. They dont even ask if we still want the blizzard they for got! This is the 3rd ime I have been to this location and my order is wrong or the people working are just plain RUDE. Customer service is not at dairy queen any more and I will not be back. Also I plan to let everyone I know, what happened again.......

I went to the DQ 1090 the service past the cashier's was very very poor. Our order wich I may say was a large order was displayed right, but when we recieved it it was wrong. We got our ice cream first and by the time we got the rest of our to go order was melted. Our toast was very hard and was unable to eat it, the "runner's" as they called them walked around seemingly unsure of where exactly the food was supposed to go even though everyone had a number for there order sitting on thier table. A manager sat in the corner and seemed very unconcerened about the poor service thier customer's where receving. I am unsure if I will return to this location for the service was no better than the rude employees at the location on nacogdoches. I am getting to the point of not wanting to eat at any of the establishments at all. very disatisfied with the whole experience except the cashiers.

I am a freqent diner at daily queen and usually eat one day a week there. But,when i went to dairy queen in Dawson Springs ky tonight and ordered the chicken strip baskets for me and my mom,i was told that the gravy didn't come with the basket anymore. I was told i could have the gravy as extra or i could have honey mustard dip or ranch dip,but not both .If i wanted both,i would have to pay 30cents extra. I pointed out that the dinner comes with the gravy and i should be able to have both.I was told no,it would cost extra.I feel like if this is dairy queen new policy they will lose clients.I have heard of nickle and dimeing people,but this is bad. They are willing to lost customers over a few pennies and is a bad idea on there part. I have always liked their chicken and gravy baskets,but i may go elsewhere to eat. It is sad to lose customers over such a small item.they need to rethink that.

I take care of a 91yr old lady and she wanted me to go to DQ and get her a banana split. When I ordered it the girl told me that they were out of bananas. This was 4 in the afternoon. We were very upset about this so we took our business to Culvers.

Poorest DQ I have ever been to. MGR is loud and rude. Chocolate malt tasted like and had texture of melted milk. Cherry slush (Artic Freeze ?) was watery red colored ice.

As many people that are on the diet thing, and love your ice cream, Can't have it because it has too many calorie's in it. Can you please bring back the breeze. Yogurt..Thank you Ann

Wife & I visited store & she ordered me Hot Dog & Root Beer,, I forgot to tell the clerk NO ICE in the drink, and when he served the drink i ask for Root Beer w/no ice & it upset him & started a mouth attitude,, The other clerk delivered my wife's water & Banana Split,, Then mouthy clerk delivered me Root Beer & no ice and hot dog in a bun only,, I returned to counter and he started his mouth attitude with i didn't order anything other than a hot dot,, he continued his service with another custormer and continued mouth action,, the other clerk said he would put fixing on my hot dog after finishing customer drink order,, but mouthy clerk kept mouthing and i said "you need to bring it across the counter" and the other clerk started in back up of the mouthy clerk,, I believe a standard hot dog (per photo's posted) is more than bun. I believe there is a situation with your employee at the resturant, i may pursue addtional information & action.

NO DAMN COMMERCIALS SICK TO DEATH OF THEM.NO COMMERCIALS SAVE MONEY TO THE CONSUMER.WHY IS D.Q. SO EXPENSIVE? NOT WORTH ITSEE YOU B.KING WENYS

We had coupons for a shrimp basket $3.99, a chicken basket for $3.99 and a buy on shake and get another one free. There were three of us ordering, why were the coupons. We were charged $17.00! Way to high and order was wrong. Got a vanilla shake and a banana shake well we got 2 vanilla shakes, no shrimp sauce for the shrimp basket. Poor service. And overpriced. Will not return to this dairy queen!

I wen t into dairy queen in Monterey Tn. and bought a banana split and they forgot to put the bananas on it and they just put one one top and it had so much juice it was spilling over. also bought was a coffee moolate and it was so runny it was pouring out of the cup and the manager okayed it when said something about. I won't be in that restaurent again. Their service is very poor

We stopped at a DQ in Brownsville ky 42210 on Jan 2 and the girl who waited on refused to except our coupons.We were told the manager said NOT to take coupons we showed her our coupon book GCBK4Q10 that we received in the mail and she was rude when she closed the window.

I PAID $3.26 TONIGHT FOR 1 AND 1/4 CUP OF ICE CREAM WITH A FEW SLICES OF BANANA AND A FEW STRAWBERRIES IN IT--A SMALL BANANA SPLIT BLIZZARD. AND I FEEL "RIPPED OFF". I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

I went inside the DQ to purchase gift card and a sandwich. Three clerks were trying to figure out the ice cream machine. One clerk was taking orders from the drive-thru and then asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I wanted gift card and before I could get out the sandwich order she was off to join the group at the ice cream machine. I was ignored for more than 5 minutes at the counter. All this time watching the cook SWAT FLIES over the grill with a fly swatter. I left without anyone of them caring that no one had taken my order yet. I will be telling everyone I can about this terrible DQ!

This is the third time I'm trying to be heard by DQ corp. I am an active member with your fan club since early summer, however retrieving your coupon offers is almost impossible for me. Upon joining the fan club I was suppose to receive a welcome coupon plus monthly bogo's. Upon opening the offers and hitting the print button nothing happens, I have to go into my computer file hit print and then I get a black and white coupon that I can duplicate as many times as I chose, if for any reason I touch the wrong key the offer is gone instantly and I cannot retrieve it again. PLEASE help me in this matter and also send me all my bogo's that I am entitled to, or being part of the club is useless to me! Sincerely frustrated, Diane
