Nice guys, very professional. Plumbing problems can become headaches and you never know if the problem you present will end up becoming a bigger headache. I appreciated the honesty and upfront pricing. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Matt and Chris came out today because my main line was clogged with roots... they pulled out a huge root ball (about 3 ft long)! When I originally called I explained I have an ongoing root problem and needed the cutter... Matt quoted me a price and even though my root was huge the price stayed the same... no hidden extras like I've had with other companies who quote low prices and then after the job tack on additions... They were honest and got the job done!!! Very happy! Awesome work guys!

I had a major sewer blockage, tub, shower and toilets all backing up. I checked the Yellow Pages and found Res Tech Plumbing and Drain. I called Matt and he sent Chris to check the drains. Chris found that the 3 inch main line was blocked. After explaining all of my options he cleared the line. Chris was very knowledgeable and had the line cleared and back in service in about 15-20 minutes (it was roots). I would definitely recommend this company for sewer problems. The estimate for the work more than fair. Good Job Chris.

Let me start this review by saying that 1.) I am an OCD/clean freak and 2.) my place has 5 different flights of stairs (seriously) and my water heater of course had to be located on the third floor inside a closet, inside the bathroom.



Having said that, if you are looking for plumbers who does clean and professional work, Matt and Duane are the guys to hire!! Out of all the plumbers who came by to give us an estimate, only these guys brought booties to cover their shoes.. They were both very professional, honest, and very friendly. On the day of the installation, they were on time, covered my carpet with plastic, and did everything they said they would. They said not to worry they'll take good care of us, and they did! We even got a bonus $25 off for first time customer. I can't say enough great things about Matt and Duane, will definitely have them as our plumber from this day on. Quality of work was excellent and price was very reasonable. 5 stars all the way through..

Same day service! I had a clogged kitchen sink and my trap wasn't the problem. Danny and Matt were AWESOME! They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me thoroughly. And fixed the problem just as fast! YAY FOR ME! Would not only use them again but will refer them to friends and clients. Thank you, thank you!

We called ResTech after having a really bad experience with MB Plumbing who (among other things) didn't show up for an appointment. ResTech was able to come out the same day a few hours later. Guy who showed up was cool and friendly. He wasn't able to completely fix our stopped up sink (because the machine to blast water through the pipes requires 2 people to carry and operate it), but he snaked it as a temporary measure and told us it'd only be 2 days until he could come back and get the whole thing done.



We'll be calling ResTech from now on instead of MB Plumbing, who we used before.

Honest, Professional and On Time!!!

After calling 8 different plumbing companies they were the only ones that answered the phone. None of the others even returned my calls. These are the only plumbers I will ever use or refer my clients to. Thank you both so much for addressing the issue and giving me a free quote along with your advice. Not to mention the comedy (free of charge). Most definately a 5+ star company.

Punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Matt and Danny both came out and helped me out with a drainage issue that I couldn't figure out. After taking a couple minutes troubleshooting they quickly figured out the problem and had no problems explaining it to me in detail. Very satisfied, endless 5 star reviews don't lie. Won't be disappointed.

I'm not sure how they get such great reviews. I called, explained my problem (no hot water pressure in the shower, cold pressure only) and they sent someone out. When the guy arrived, I showed him the shower issue and he made 2 statements: "I thought I was here for a kitchen sink issue" and "We don't do that". I can understand the miscommunication but not the "We don't do that". I responded with "What do you mean you don't do that? You don't fix showers??" He said, "Well, yes we do but basically it'll be $245." He didn't even look at it! He stood in the doorway and gave me a ridiculous quote!! I said, no way and he left. Honestly, he acted like he didn't want the business. Whatever....2 thumbs down.

ResTech is great! I can usually unclog my toilets, but this last one was too much. Danny came over to unclog the "Mother of all Clogged Toilets". He came on time, was professional, and respectful. He was able to unclog it in a timely manner with no problems. I will be recommending ResTech to my friends and family. You bet I'll be calling Restech next time I need a plummer.
