Placed a order for delivery and he order arrived incomplete. When I called them the lady was very rude and tried to place blame on me. It was sweet and sour chicken! With no chicken! She charged me for the chicken to complete the meal. What kind of customer service is this? It's bad!! We've ordered here many times before but after this treatment never again!

One star it too generous. The stuff they call food is disgusting. I won't be back—ever!

This is THE WORST PLACE TO EAT!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE,THE FOOD IS BEYOND DISGUSTING, GREASY AS HELL, I WOULD STARVE BEFORE I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! I HAD IT DELIVERED TO MY HOTEL AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO REPORT HOW NASTY THE FOOD WAS, SHE SAID, WELL YOU SHOULD ASK WHATS IN THE FOOD BEFORE YOU ORDER! PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE, we went across the street to the QT and got cold subs that were WAY better than this crap hole of a place!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and as far as the star rating, I HAD to put something, BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!!

we have been ordering delivery from ricebowl for 2 years and service is great and food is always hot and good. i seen the negative reviews and wanted to let people know it is a good place to get delivery from... and we live 15 miles away! they always do a great job.

I can not see how any one who prides themselves on good food can enjoy this place.

Very good Chinese Food. Made to order. Very quant cate. A great find for a small place.

OK first off i ordered the chicken lo mein add vegetables there idea of vegetables is 1 piece of brocolli and it was so saturated in grease you felt if as you were eating a heartattack,second the communication gap isnt so great so i didnt even get what i ordered and when i asked em to fix it they asked me to drive back down there to get it fixed now cmon guys you have delivery you could have had your driver send it to me.well needless to say the oriental lady hung up on me when i insisted they deliver my new order to me i called back and i called back a tons of times and thhey call the police.what a joke that is what are the police gonna do get me my money back i doubt it this is a civil matter now.so i ask you do you really want to eat at a place that runs its business like that.
