ImmediaDent - Urgent Dental Care

My husband recently had an unfortunate event happen that caused him to need dental care right away. Finding this faculty online, we were pretty excited that they could get him in rather quickly. Unfortunately the treatment and respect from the staff at Immedia Dent was not worth it. The staff members were extremely rude and insensitive. My husband needed major dental work and they would not allow me to see him nor did they even take the time to explain to me what was taking place. I finally had to go back to his room myself. Clearly I was very upset with the situation and instead of talking to me they told me to leave the building! They did not once offer to explain to me what would be taking place or anything. I was left in the dark and they were extremely rude about the entire situation. I DO NOT recommend this facility to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly at a "professional" institution in my entire life. We will not be returning.

This place is the worst. Tried to tell me i could not go back with my 14 year old daughter so i told them we were leaving after waiting an hour and a half after her appointment to even be seen, then i was told i could go back after complaning how long we had already been waiting.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. IT IS SO EASY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, FROM 9AM TO 9PM. THEY WILL EVEN WORK WITH YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE. IF YOU NEED TO THEY WILL TAKE WEEKLY OR BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS, BY HOW YOU GET PAID. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN TO ANOTHER DENTIST THEY WILL CALL THEM AND HAVE THEM FAX OR EMAIL OR PAPER WORK TO THEIR OFFICE.

I wish you didn't have to give a business any stars because immediadent in Anderson is horrible! My bill was close to $2,000 and I paid in full. Two weeks later we get an additional bill for $50. I called them and they said that they had to do additional work on my teeth. When I pay in full I expect that the entire bill to be paid. That is not how you should do business, hiding charges. If you are considering going to immediadent run the other way and save yourself the time. We will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau!
