Joseph was here to perform my annual Plumbing maintenance. He was prompt, efficient, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented. He went above and beyond to meet all my needs!! Thank you AVIS for keeping such a wonderful Service Technician and such a loyal one too!! Avis came to service our air conditioner because it would not turn on the first time i turned it on this year. Daniel came out yesterday and his was very knowledgeable, understanding about our concerns, and repaired it at what i considered to be a reasonable price. My neighbor asked me about the repair when she saw the van and I recommended them highly and will continue to!
