I believe this company has employes write fake reviews. Everything about this company was bad. The prices was very misleading! They are nice until they got your money. When I actually moved they totally ruined a lot of my belongings and then they would not call me back. The insurance if they offer is a joke. They do not have good business practices. Do not believe these reviews this business is horrible#

Just used these guys to move from Fort Worth to Choctaw, OK. They are terrible, I recommend find somebody else.

1. They showed up 2 and a half hours late. Scheduled time to show was 8am, they stroll in about 10:40am. They did not even have they courtesy to give me an explanation. Me and my wife had been sitting in our drive way for 2 and a half hours wanting to know where they are and they don't even tell us why they were late. When I asked them what the deal was, they just blew it off and said that they had troubles getting the truck. They have our phone number and yet no call. Terrible.

2. There office hours are not what they say they are. While we waited we called every 15 minutes to the company with no answer. We checked the website, and the hours are clearly listed that they are open on Saturdays. No answer. When the movers arrived, I asked them how come nobody is picking up, he said that no one is there on Saturdays. I told them, then they can't list that on their website that they are open then, because a voicemail does not mean you are open.

3. Some of our stuff they were not going to take. We had about 88 stones, and we called about a week early and told the lady that the stones were not on the list to be picked up. She said not to worry that the movers put a "bunch of boxes on the list, so that is probably what they are going to carry them in". When I told the movers this, they scoffed, and said you can't put stones in boxes!. I told him, I know, but this is what your person said, so you don't have to take them, but if you don't, my landlord is going to charge me to remove them, and your company will have to reimburse me. He then changed his mind and said that he will see what he can do.

4. He demanded a tip. After they moved my stones, and everything was done, he asked for a tip for he and his crew. He said that I said that before they left, if they took the stones, that I would compensate them for it. I told him, no, that is not at all what I said. He then said, that his english is not so good, but he kept going back that he thought that there would be a tip if they took the stones. I told him, here is a tip, show up on time!!!



We left a few messages, never received a return call from them. They know they are in the wrong, and don't want to own up to it. I am the reason why we choose these guys was because of the reviews listed below. Don't be fooled, they are awful.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for such a great experience with our move from Fort Worth, TX to Bowie, MD. This was our first time ever utilizing a moving company and could not have asked for a better experience. Having just been married for 2 years, we’ve accumulated quite an amount of “stuff” that was just beyond our own ability to move while starting up a new job.

This moving company was just great. They had me packed loaded and delivered in 21 days from TX to Washington. I had been skeptical on the whole using a moving company to move my belongings, based on the horrific things I read and heard about moving companies. But after it was said and done my experience was great, not only that the price was fair, but from the sales department to the movers themselves they were so polite and it just made the moving experience so easy. I would recommend 1st generation moving to anyone.
