        Great Location, Friendly Neighborhood

        I recently visited Rand Rd Mobile home to find out more information on renting and possible owning a mobile home. Mary, the owner was very friendly and answered all my questions. If and when I choose to purchase or rent, I will definitely come back here!

        Terrible place to live unless you love skunks, racoons and flooding.Management is a conflict of terms. They only manage their pet projects and could care less about the residents unless there is a profit in it.
