John and his wife are super easy to work with. They're great at returning messages every time I've called. You can pay rent on-line. In three years of renting from him he's only raised rent $50 and his price was very reasonable to start with! The few times I've needed repairs, he's either been super quick or for simple stuff he's allowed me to do it and even paid me rather than some random handyman. I highly recommend looking at Iles Real Estate if you're looking to rent in the CapMetro area (we were out in Hutto)
