Great service, they came and got my car on the side of the road, arranged me a ride home and called and gave me tree options on moving forward. Then they got me assistance trading it in and purchasing a more reliable vehicle with a lower than average credit score.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!
My daughter has been completely ripped off over a head gasket repair. The service manager and assistant were rude and lied to her. The charged her over 1000 dollars for negligent work. They did not mount the water pump to the motor. They did not reconnect the O2 sensor, and they did not reconnect the timing chain. When she left the dealership with the vehicle the check engine light was still on. She asked the service manager about this and he told her, "Don't worry about that unless it starts blinking." Unprofessional and negligent.

Brought my car in to have work done, 2 days later got it back with a melted fuse box, melted wiring, and a fried ECM. Right from the start they were rude, yelling and cussing. $700 and 3 weeks later I finally had my car back. The state of Michigan gave them 2 violations for it, they didn't even bother to respond to my BBB complaint until AFTER they were served with papers for small claims, and I have documented proof that their story about the situation changed 3 times within 2 1/2 months, and they tried to say they had my vehicle in for service and diagnosis before I even purchased the vehicle, but my previous vehicle's had been to them for those things. They tried to charge me another $800 for a timing chain that had just been replaced 5 months prior, and became rude and snotty when I did not authorize them to do it. My original repair quote included replacement of the high pressure fuel pump, and they were not even going to replace it until I told them that it was getting done as it was part of my original quote and needed to be done, and again, they became very rude about it. They were rude and nasty from day one after me picking the car up, and told me they didn't do it because the mechanic is "the best of the best" and doesn't make mistakes. Yet same mechanic is on recording saying he was turning the key, letting it crank until it finally timed itself out, shutting it off, turning it right back on, letting it crank, over and over. Originally blamed me saying it was something I did in the 3 miles I drove it home, then changed story to it was happening for months - yet no fuses were blowing, no lights or electronics working intermittently or going out completely, nothing. Multiple mechanics said it was a fresh burn on the fuse box, not something that was happening over time. Do NOT take your vehicle here unless you have money to burn fixing their mechanic's screw ups!

I have bought three vehicles from Boyd at Paris Auto, and yes...they are sales men, that's thier business, but he has always been honest, helpful and not given us the run around. Have had repairs there too, and always keeps his word, on prices, needs and fixes. Sorry some have had bad luck, but I won't go anywhere else. He has treated us right.

Use to go to this place until thing after thing kept breaking! Turns out he would semi fix the problem, so it would last a bit. But he never would TRULY fix the problem. Going here is like a money pit. and cant trust the mechanics.

I had my torque converter replaced here in June of 2014, here it is September and it needs to be fixed again as a clutch plate in the torque converter is broken. I live in Flint, Michigan which is about 2 in a half hours away. My vehicle is not able to drive that far without burning up my transmission. On Friday I called and spoke with the manager Steve who was supposed to get back with me today and never did, so when I called today I spoke with Adam who was very polite who also said he would call me back. I never got a call so I called back around 5pm and spoke with Steve again. Very arrogantly he made it clear that it is my problem! He told me it is my responsibility to get it there so they can fix their mistake! I am a mother with five children and my husband is the only one with an income. So basically its "Hey lady sorry about your luck, Thanks for paying us almost $900 so we could screw you less than 4 months down the road!" I think the fair thing for this company to do would be to tow my van to their business and I will pick it up! That WOULD be the right and honorable thing to do but I guess Paris Auto just isn't that type of company!
