Your service team ( Kevis and Cory) did a fantastic installation on our new on demand hot water heater. They were kind, curtious and answered any question we had about ... this heater. Also they showed us how to use the controls. They left the job site clean and removed all of the old items from the old heater. We would recommend your company to all of our friends.

Excellent servcie ans spirit by technician

We had a backup in the drain in our basement. We called Roto-Rooter. Technicians from the Restoration unit came very quickly and cleaned out the drain and cleaned. Shortly after, the plummer arrived ... and he snaked the drain. Everyone was very knowledgeable and efficiently solved our issue. The service was excellent in every respect.

We had a clogged main on a Sunday evening. Response time was very quick, our service technician, Corey, arrived in just over 30 minutes. Corey was very personable and knowledgeable, ... he took the time and care to answer all our questions in a manner that left us feeling informed and comfortable with the services being performed. LOVED THE TECH HE TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK

The services that were rendered today were exceptional. We had other plumbers tell us it was going to be a week long effort to replace the sewage drain pipe. ... When the technicians arrived today, they determined it was just a small drain pipe that ran to the large one, and were able to have to replaced and everything back up and running in about 75 minutes time. When no one else would call us back to tell us when they could start the work, Roto Rooter was able to get the estimate and repair done all in one day!
