Active Edge Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

Over the past 7 months at Active Edge, I have looked forward to each appointment! The fun, up-beat staff that greet me with a smile every time I walk in set the mood of the office. Everyone working at Active Edge is super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I only worked with one physical therapist, the rest of the staff knew me by name and treated me like I was their own patient. Aside from their friendliness, the staff was super flexible and willing to help me work around my busy schedule. It is obvious that the staff is there because they want to help people overcome injuries in order to get back to their regular activities. Chris Woods, my physical therapist, did a wonderful job of giving me exercises that I could do at home with little work out equipment. Even though the facility is small, I never felt like my treatment was compromised. Overall, my experience at Active Edge has been wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better staff to help me heal my mind and body after a major injury!

This is a wonderful clinic and Dan Morlan is an amazing Physical Therapist. He was able to fix a chronic dizziness problem I had in one session. I didn't think there was a fix for it and it wasn't even the reason I went to see him, but he's so helpful and thoughtful that he said, "We need to fix that first before we move on to your neck." I would (and am) highly recommending him to anyone I know whether you have an injury or want advice on beginning an exercise program, training for specific events (eg, triathalons, etc.). He's simply the best physical therapist in the Portland area.
