        Robert came out . expected him between 1 and 3 did not show till 3;30 I understand things can happen but at least he could have called. clicked the buttons on our water heater a few times and insisted we needed a new machine . Proceeded to do a hard sell on tank-less water heater Quoted a price in the thousands. Then when we explained we did not have that kind of cash told us well we could replace the element and etc but we wont guarantee the work. All our water heater actually needed was the pilot lit. Hey I felt silly when the guy from the next company lit it but was so glad I did not waste more time or money on a new heater. Have had other work done by Earl's and this is the first bad experience we had with them . Live and Learn
