I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Holtzman and his staff at Pelham Gardens Oral Surgery.
I sought Dr. Holtzman for dental implants.
Not only did I find that he was incredibly competent as was his staff, but they went out of their way to make me very comfortable.
Dental implant surgery is no joke, but he and his staff made it seemed effortless and it was 100% painless.
Their banter during the surgery put me at ease and made the entire experience (as crazy as this might sound) enjoyable.
The administrative staff is equally competent and friendly.
I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my dental surgery needs.
Kudos to Dr. Holtzman and Pelham Gardens Oral Surgery.

I know dr. L. Holtzman for several years. This doctor you can trust. He is professional, good personality, good hands. His office is very neat, the state of the art. The staff in the office is professional, very friendly.

Our daughter needed her 4 wisdom teeth taken out per her dentist. We were instructed by our insurance to find an Oral Surgeon to perform this procedure. We are so happy and thankful to God for leading us to Dr. Lawrence S. Holtzman, DMD. His knowledge and expertise, not to mention his wonderful bed side manner toward my husband, me and especially our daughter, made this very nerve racking experience go so smoothly. Not just Dr. Lawrence S. Holtzman but also his staff, Lisa(LEE), Ana and the other ladies who assisted Dr. Holtzman in the procedure were so professional, pleasant, as well as very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is, because he is an oral surgeon, we can not assign him as our general dentist. If all doctors were like Dr. Holtzman there would be so many happy and well taken care of patients. Thank you to God, Dr. Holtzman and his wonderful staff.

In the last 2-3 months I have visited Dr. Holtzman's office 5 times! I never imagined needing so many extractions in my life. I guess that's what impacted wisdom teeth will do to a girl's choppers after so many years. During each visit Dr. Holtzman gave me his undivided attention. He gave me the prognosis, offered me options and made his best recommendations. He answered every one of my questions and addressed my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and confident. All these traits along with his quick wit and comedic personality make for a comfortable visit at the oral surgeon's office. His assistants are no less comedic but most of all they are knowledgeable and very compassionate. They comforted me whenever they felt I needed it. His office manager is patient and assisted me with all my insurance questions. And to not gush so much about them I have to offer some constructive criticism. CNN can be such a dreary tv station to watch right before mouth surgery. Maybe they could try switching the channel to something like E, the Entertainment channel. The Kardashians might offer a bit of mindless fun before teeth extractions. Never the less, it's a wonderful office and I'll refer them to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Great going Dr. Holtzman and staff!
