Flawless.
Probably just lucky; but flawless. Last weekend my house went crazy and two (vanity and washer) drains backed up. i had one router service come out and fail (cleared the wrong line) and then I tried with my home depot router and couldn't get to the clogs. Saturday i was exhausted so I called First Option Plumbing instead of trying again.
Called at 8:30. Person, not robo-call, said he could get a person out at 10:00-10:30. A few texts came and then Jesus showed up at 10:20. Very polite, in a clean uniform, in a newer plumbing panel-van (equipment matters). We asked him to don a mask and he had that and shoe covers on immediately. Showed him the drains and got a quote that was what I expected, and low market probably for two simple clogs. Within 20 minutes he had the washer cleared. Half an hour later had the vanity cleared. He reassembled all pipes and cleaned all areas. Emailed invoice was just as bid (no need to call the supervisor with the "big-machine"). So; basically; flawless.

We highly recommend First Option Plumbing. They did a complete re-pipe of our home. In addition, they installed new faucets in 3 bathrooms. They initially did leak detection and found slab leaks and other pin sized holes in our copper pipes. We were so happy with the quality of their work, we also purchased a new water heater and water conditioning unit from them. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend them!
