I must say the professionalism is outstanding. The girls were really sweet and took very good care of me.

They were so helpful with confusing insurance and co-payments, they work exactly with the insurance contracted fees, no overcharges at all!! They have an excellent payment option though Care Credit.

I was really glad to have someone who seemed to care about educating you. I was aiming to make a switch from a not so comfortable experience and I was really satisfied with the service! The doctor explain everything in a way that was understandable and precise. I would recommend this practice to everyone

This office is the absolute BEST!!! Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I would highly recommend this dentist and office to anyone!

First called because of pain in back tooth and another tooth that was chipped on side. Whole conversation with office clerk Roberta was all about the insurance. I have dental insurance with two plans and this dentist is on my network. So shouldn't have been that much of an issue. Got a little aggravated over that but made the appt anyway. Had xrays and was told tooth was infected and it was pulled. Was told I had to pay upfront for that even though I had insurance $221..and insurance would reimburse them and they would in turn refund me. Never happened. I paid even though I said I didn't understand why...isn't that the purpose of having insurance?? Called insurance co. and they told me I was overcharged for an extraction! At that time was given evaluation and needed to have root canal and crown and needed 2 more appts. totaling $2816. and had to pay upfront in the two appts. and they would reimburse me when they got payment from my insurance co. They won't make any kind of payment arrangements or help in anyway and had very nasty attitudes while insisting on full payment first. Had to leave appt. I am retired govt/military and would have appreciated a little help. They could care less. Called my insurance co. again and they called dentist office with what they were going to pay for all this but still got nowhere with Roberta or Tonya in office. And on top of all that these girls actually lied to my insurance co. after I told them I wasn't coming back and said that they WEREN'T making me pay up front!! I was absolutely amazed that a business like this can outright not tell the truth! If that were the case there wouldn't have been a problem, I wouldn't have had to walk out of there on the appt day to have this work done and there would absolutely be no issue and they would have had a lifelong customer!! By the way, they sent work I didn't yet have done to insurance co. and they were paid for it. I called my insurance and told them I never had that work done so they had to call office and dentist had to pay them back. To be fair, Dr. Nicola seemed to do good work. You decide but I don't recommend!!

I felt nickel and dimed. I went for a deep cleaning among other items. I was told it Would take four visits to complete. Turned out i only needed 2 visits but was expected to pay for the other 2 visits that were not necessary. I could understand if there was material involved with my treatment but this was labor only. Since it took only 2 visits why should I pay for 4 ? Because they estimated wrong? The office manager was very rude and insisted that they charge by the "quad". Whatever, that's not what in was told. So by that theory it would by $900 for one visit which is ridiculous. Also as soon as you walk in they ask for payment. Not the end of the world but annoying. The dental assistant. was quite good. The dentist seemed fine but I collectively sent 2 minutes with her. The place is clean and the prices seem reasonable but I am going elsewhere.

This place is awsome! the staff is so friendly and welcoming!! they know what they are talking about. It was a chilly morning i was cold and they even gave me a blanket and chatted with me for a few minutes. most dentists are always so busy but Dr. Nicola took the time to talk to me. I have decided to continue coming to this practice and to recomend it to all my friends. Oh one more thing the atmosphere is so welcoming i almost felt like if i was in my living room.
