Bill Bonney Septic Tank & Plumbing

We have used Bill several times and have been extremely pleased with the service. I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs. He is honest and fair.

We have used Bill twice. The first time he put a device in the sewer outside that would keep our basement dry during heavy rains and sewer back up. It was very successful and we were able to finish our basement and make it a useable space. Bill did an excellent job. That was some years ago. So last Feb. when we had a new issue with sewer back up we naturally called Bill. It turned out that our sewer pipes had tree roots that could not be roto rooted out. We needed to have new sewer pipes outside and they needed to be rerouted. I can only tell you that Bill worked in the most terrible conditions you can imagine to get our house up and running again. He worked for 3 days in 10 inches of snow, ice, sleet and freezing weather. He worked without lunches and even at one point when he left for the day his hat and coat were frozen. I cannot praise Bill enough. I will be forever grateful to him. He also worked with The City to route our sewer pipes in a way that saved us ALOT of money. It doesn't get better than that. You can do no better than Bill. I highly recommend him. By the way in the 3 days that Bill worked in such cold and terrible weather conditions, he never stopped smiling. In my mind I have named him "Smilin' Bill".

I hired Bill because I was having issues with the septic tank. I called him in the morning around 8:00 and explained the issues I was having. I was impressed that he answered the phone right away instead of having to leaving voice mail or talk to an answering machine. He told me that the septic tank probably needed to be pumped and said it would be late in the day before he could get to my place and he told me on the phone how much it would cost to pump the septic tank out. He showed up when he said he would and charged me exactly what he said he would. Bill is a man of his word and does excellent work. I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him again the next time I have issues with the septic tank.

We have used Bill for two different projects. We have been very impressed not only with his quality of work, but also with his very honest and ethical approach to business. Bill and his team are first class, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have hired Bill to complete three projects at our home in the last year. He's had the most reasonable rates that we've found with our research. He is kind and respectful of our property. That's why we call him back. He has pumped our septic (we were having major back up issues and he came out on a sunday to do it), he has replaced the water line from our water meter to our home, and most recently he swept our chimney on short notice because I had not realized there was an issue until it was far too cold. He was kind enough to come out before the weekend and fix it. My husband travels for work, I have a 2 yr old and am 6 months pregnant myself. Bill made sure I had good heat, charged me a discounted rate, AND contacted me the next day (a SATURDAY) to make sure I was ok. I will never use another service. He is kind and I trust him in my home and with my family. More like a friend than a hired hand.

Excellent Prompt Service!

We have had the best service from Bill Bonney. We have called upon him a few times for various problems: septic tank overflow and frozen busted water pipes. He has always been prompt and thorough completing his work and he is also very fair in his pricing. He even called us back a couple days after replacing our frozen pipe and checked to be sure everything was working properly. He is professional, personable, and a hard working man. We would recommend Bill and his team to anyone who needs his help.

Bill is the man to call there when you need him he's not happy until the job is done and he's happy doesn't matter what time of day he's there with a smile and with what he does there's not much to smile about if you know what I mean . He's the go to man

I have used Bill in the past for a persistent problem with my sewage line since he has fixed it I have had no further problems, where with another company they had made multiple trips for the same problem and were more expensive. I currently had an issue with my kitchen drain which like others tried to fix myself without success. I called Bill's office the receptions was very friendly and I had a prompt response from Bill he was very respectful and down to earth and is great with understanding normal folks who live on a budget. He actually surprised me when he had remembered the problem I had him fix prior and checked to make sure it was all still working great I will only use Bill's service and recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors!!!

This guy is unbelievable!! I thought I was in for a major expense with a clogged main sewer line. Not only was Bill reassuring from start to finish, he made it a point to do the job in a way that was most affordable. Unlike many businesses today, I felt like he really had my back. Nobody like him!

Had septic back up in sewer. Called Bill Bonney and he came out immediately and pumped our tank and cleaned grease out of our lines.

If one is looking for a person that provides Customer Service along with guaranteed success Bill is the person for the job!! I have had terrific service from Bill several times and his response to complete the service request in a timely manner was excellent...ie. off-hour support. No complaints on pricing and service. I know Bill has recently started his own business and I am confident he will continue to provide top service at an affordable price while keeping the Customer as the focal point. I don't often have the time to review a company online but when one goes above and beyond what I would expect to take care of me, I think taking time to publicly express my appreciation is the least I can do.

Mr Bill Bonney had his equipment to my house the very day I called him though he was already booked solid. He was willing to show up late in the day instead of having me wait (though he did ask if the next day would be better for me). My plumbing problem was fixed with minimal fuss, a professional attitude and at a very reasonable price (I know because I must have my main sewer line cleared on a regular basis).

He also gave me some suggestions on what options I can take in the future for a permanent fix when time and finances are right for me.

I had heard that he started his own company but I hadn't ran into Bill in quite a while and I'm glad I took a chance on him. My gut feeling is he will attempt to treat all customers like he did me. Valve started leaking on water heater. Called Bill and he took care of it. Simple repair that took maybe 5 minutes but he took care of it with a smile. Will use and recommend Bill to all my family and friends. Thanks Bill for your help!!!

Thank you Bill Bonney for saving me! As a single mother, I panicked when my water heater went out. I did not know who to call but heard from a friend he was affordable. He returned my call quickly and replaced my water heater in no time...imagine my relief when I saw a bill that was much less than I'd expected. VERY nice guy, trustworthy, and I would recommend him to anyone!!

Don't call this septic care guy. Stood us up many times. With no calls to cancel or change times or days. Carried us around for two weeks before I realized he's looking for big money only. We cancelled appts and sat home for days with the empty promises from Bill. He DOES not care about small people with small problems. I have never been treated this poorly by a company . Big ADDS and no service. Call Granny's they were so fast and so respectful I couldn't believe it!! And CHEAPER!! After calling other companies I found out i'm not the only one. Other companies said everyone trust Bill because of his BIG ADDS but if it wasn't for his BAD service they wouldn't get so much business cause they can't afford BIG advertising.

Repaired the plumbing line quickly and cleaned up the area before he left. Price was very reasonable.
