        We had a wonderful experience with SmartPark, by the Philadelphia International Airport, in April 2015. Our driver, Mike E., was very professional and helpful. We were impressed that he drove the van literally up to our car, rather than making us walk from the lot to the front door of the agency. When we got back from our weeklong vacation, we found that we had left our drivers' side window rolled down, which was scary, but the agency covered the window with a big plastic bag ! This was above and beyond the call of 'expected', and we appreciated this very much. Mike E., and all the personnel we encountered, were so helpful and so personable and professional.

        The people are extremely helpful.The lots are very clean and seemed so secure...Wouldn't consider parking anywhere else!
