        Overall

        On 8/15/16, I was referred to Dr. Kaufman to extract a cracked tooth. Upon examination, he stated that he didn't have enough time to remove the tooth and he would have to consult my regular dentist. I was charged a $125 "consultation fee". Twice, in the last 6 weeks, I have emailed him to ask my status. No response.
