Bradzoil 10 Minute Change

The guys were nice and helpful but they made it clear they were not well trained. This is for a 2007 BMW X3.



The mechanic did not properly put my oil filter back together (completely forgot to replace a piece that he removed). This caused my solonoid sensors for the Vanos system to clog within minutes of turning the car back on. $107 synthetic oil change is worthless and needs to be changed again on top of a charge of $752 for new solonoid sensors.



When they plugged their computer into my vehicle after the oil change it came up with an error code for "solonoid Vanos actuator". They said they had no idea what that meant and refused to open up the filter in order to check everything was in place.



There are 20 other oil change places in town, go elsewhere!

Went for car inspection. Told needed new tires. Went and purchased new tires and told have to get inspection again. How many times can they get in your pocket. I'm checking to see if can do this according to state law. Don't go here. Unethical.
