        A Five Star Car Service For Sure!!!

        I recently had to arrange a last minute pickup for a friend at MSP airport, I looked up car service on the YP website. I was presented with several listings of companies that provided this type of service, I also must mention that it was 3:00am in the morning and the flight was due in at 1:30pm. I started with the companies listed as five star and worked my way down the list, having worked in the cab, car service and motorcoach transportation field for ten years I was shocked at the responses and the lack professionalism of the five star listed companies that I called. I finally contacted Lawrence R. Berg, A Private Car Service, I talked with Larry who was friendly, courteous, and very helpful at 3:30 am. After having wasted 30 minutes dealing with the other companies, in 5 minutes Larry had me booked for a pickup and reassured that my guess would be picked up on time and met in the baggage area. In conclusion he fulfilled every thing that he said he would do and I will say he was very professional in every aspect, his vehicle was as outstanding as his service. I know good service when I see it and I was the best at this type of service, or so I thought until I met Larry now he has me guessing. I would recommend his five star car service first before calling any of the other one star services!!!
