I had a very good visit at this office. The staff was very helpful getting me in. The hygienist was very nice and I liked Dr Kaplan's demeanor. Very nice office.

I was in terrible pain last Saturday. Dr Kaplan was only dentist I called who would see me, as an emergency. He met me at his office and did an emergency root canel to get me out of pain. I am so grateful, and happy that he helped me, and saved me another steepness night! Definitely plan on returning to get my teeth in shape!

I've been seeing Dr. Kaplan for past 5 yrs. Always have a good experience. Love the hygienist- best cleaning every time. I had a partial plate made a few years ago- looks like real teeth- not even my co workers knew I had it done!

Great looking office, Dr. Kaplan really takes pride in his work and office. I believe there is only the Hamden office- don't know what previous review was about- I have been to a lot of Dr's offices- and Dr. Kaplan's office is really nice.

Groupon ad is misleading. The ad states that a cleaning may be necessary when in fact Dr. Kaplan requires a cleaning at an additional charge of $85.00. No exceptions. Very disappointed. I am sorry to say I don't know what office these others are referring to, but the office I went to in Hamden appears very outdated.

Had a teeth whitening at Dr Kaplan's office,did a nice job- 15 minutes and results were great. Brand new office- all new equipment it looked like. Very pleasant staff, hygienist was thorough. Would def. recommend.

I've been seeing Dr Kaplan for close to 20yrs. Saw his father first as a kid, now seeing Ross and have only the best things to say. Beautiful office, nice new equipment. Over the years he has gotten my mouth in terrific shape. Gentle, and very calming nature. I would recommend him to anyone- my wife and kids also go there, we are always happy with the treatment we receive from the entire office.

Just went to Dr. Kaplan. What a pleasure! His office is "State of the Art" brand new. Gorgeous, bright office, comfy leather massaging dental chair. Digital xrays on the TV screen. The staff could not have been more friendly- helped me with insurance issues, as well as figuring out a very doable payment plan( 6 mo. 0% interest).

Dr. Kaplan explained everything- no lecturing, took care of the pain I was in, and has figured out how to get me back the smile I always wanted. I could not be more impressed with how I have been treated at this office, and plan to send my kids, as well as parents to go there as patients!

Just had the best experience ever at a dentist. I had a cracked tooth- dr. kaplan took me in as an emergrncy, took me out of pain. Very nice office, brand new equipment, digital xrays, a comfy leather chair that massages while he works. Bright, clean and brand new room. I am returning with my whole family, couldn't have been more surprised. (I read review posted last- I don't know what office that person was describing, maybe thaey got mixed up? but nothing farther from the truth- look at all the other reviews and decide for yourself!)

This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. He did unnecessary work without first asking if it was okay. He pressured me into getting silver fillings, despite my objections. The fillings he did do in porcelain he said he would not guarantee for more than five years. His equipment is outdated and he does not have email capabilities for medical records and x rays, making any future move to a new dentist difficult. He constantly put on latex gloves despite my latex allergy. The hygienist got stuff all over my face. Every visit ended in tears. It was a truly horrid experience and I would urge you not to see this dentist.

I had the WORST toothache last Friday night. I called 3 dentists who said it was too late to see me, and I would have to go to the Emergency room! My 4th call was to Dr. Kaplan- they told me he was "heading out the door", but he would stay for me. I ran down, he took out my aching tooth, and NO MORE PAIN! I would reccommend this guy to anyone, he saved me from a weekend of pain!

saw dr. kaplan last week- very friendly. gentle hands, put me to ease. I would definetly recc. him.

I saw doctor Kaplan to repair my old plate. He did it in less than a half hour! He has his own lab, does it all there. I had him make me a new upper and lower plate the next month. What a difference! Excellent fit- he sets the teeth himself- i got to see the teeth before they were made. I would reccommend him strongly.

I saw doctor Kaplan for a toothache. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but now I am not at all. He was very friendly, treated me with respect, and did a great job. The staff was friendly, helped me with my insurance forms. They also have a payment plan- care credit- that lets me pay off the bill with NO interest! I would highly reccommend this dentist.
