We were 100% satisfied with the entire process! Matt and his team we’re quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. We came home after being gone all day and our house was hot and the air conditioning was clearly not functioning correctly. After we found out our a/c wasn’t working at all, we called Master Tech and within hours we had someone on their way to examine the issue and answer any questions we had. Jose was our tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After he figured out the issue he was able to make the repair right then and there! There prices are also extremely competitive, so that was another great part of the whole experience. We will definitely use Master Tech again for any future a/c issues! Thanks Master Tech!

This company is great to work with, respectful and courteous. The installers were on time and professional, honest and polite. They got me taken care of and my new system up and going in just a couple of hours. I will be recommending these guys to anyone i know needing work done. If i could give 10 stars i would.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work. I needed my entire unit replaced, and they got me taken care of pretty quick. They were professional and timely, kept me updated with every step. The ladies in the office were wonderful to work with, as well. They worked with my scheduling, all in all a great company to work with. Will be calling them again for any work needed!

Master Tech did an awesome job when they came to look at my heater. When I called the office Rachel got me on the schedule the same day. Michael came out and looked over the unit in the attic. He got everything up and going. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I just moved into my new home last weekend and my ac was not working. I called and spoke to alvena and she scheduled same day service. Alvin came out and got me up and running in 30 mins. I can sleep without opening my windows. love this company.
