1st call to schedule an appt they wanted to schedule me a week out while o walk on a broken ankle unprotected. Finally I called and complained thinking thats ridiculous and theu squeezed me in for the next day. Once in the appt the dr said he would call in pain meds and give me a handicap placard. I went to pick up meds and he had not called it in. So I had to wait the next day while in pain for him to call them in. Then had to go back and get placard form. Once at AAA, I was notified that it was the wrong form. Went back to office to get it signed and they wanted me to come back once dr was in office. I dodnt accept that answer and had another dr sign it. Came back in for follow up and they had the wrong time scheduled for my appt than what they told me on the phone. Ridiculous and a waste of time. Never coming back, especially when I have a choice of where I can go!
