Response was quick, service was fast a friendly. They said they'd be there and they were. price was reasonable too.
Honest and professional. Would recommend them if you need any kind of plumbing work done in your home.
Plumbing 911 is my plumbing hero!! My main drain and sewer were backing up in the basement. I already had one plumber in and he couldn't get the job done. Plumbing 911 were at my house in a couple of hours and it was concluded we would need the big guns. The boss was sick but brought the needed equipment. They came in and took care of the problem, very professional, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. I will call them first the next time I need a plumber.
I had sump pump that was running too frequently and the basement smelled. Although it wasn't an emergency their service call was in short order at no cost. The technician was polite and professional, not your typical plumber! Upon inspection he quickly showed me what the problem was; two sump pumps, one dead and on its last leg that was a result of shot valve. Initially I thought I'd "do it myself" after I priced out the materials on the spot and the retail cost to me was about the quote was for! The tech had the job done that morning. That week we had several days of rain, I could hear the difference in a quality sump pump, and my basement even smells clean!
Thank you plumbing 911. I appreciate the no hassle, no pressure free inspection. The job was done right and I couldn't beat the price! I'll be sending referrals your way!

We had an emergency on a Saturday. Called a lot of people. Plumbing 911 was the first to say "We will be there in an hour or two". They showed up on time. However, the price was way too much.
They wanted $1300 for a new water heater installed with new piping.
Now, I would have been willing to pay $800-$1000 due to it being a weekend and an emergecy call but $1300? For a water heater?!?!?!
My advise is to call someone else.

To begin, we are a family owned and operated business (BBB approved with an "A" rating). We appreciate any opportunity to earn your business and are so confident in our company, technicians and services that we do not not charge trip or travel fees, overtime or weekend fees and we give Free Estimates, so there is never any obligation or charges to pay, unless you approve our price and hire us to complete a service. With regards to this customer-comment, please read the end of his statement - "$1300 was for a new water heater installed with new piping." Our technician gave this customer an estimate for $1300, which included more than a new water heater. It included extensive new repiping of both gas and water lines, along with new shut off valves. This customer did find this price to be fair and agreed to service. Our technician completed this job, and the extensive repiping, shut off valves and water heater was installed up-to-code by state regulations. We would never price gouge someone and I am sad that this customer feels this way towards our company. I personally have spoken with this customer and I stand behind our price and services for this job.
