Women's Institute is very informative and great at explaining all my concerns with aging. I would highly recommend their services to all my friends and family.

I have been coming for Botox for 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, even though it is more out of the way than other cosmetic centers. Cheryl is fabulous, does the trick every time with subtle beautiful results. I look forward to every appointment. I will be coming back for years to come.

The clinics atmosphere is very inviting, relaxing and warm. Quite peaceful. Dr. Hein is extremely professional and creates a high level of comfort and answers all questions so a non-medical patient and understands the procedure. All of the medical personnel Lori, John, Trish are very professional, friendly and they make an experience (that could be stressful) very relaxing and even fun. My best cosmetic experience ever!!! Many procedures always excited to see the results. Dr. Hein is very talented. Spends time to answer all questions and staff always responsive, polite and customer service friendly.

My visits are always professional and enjoyable. Cheryl is wonderful! She always answers my question and makes me feel totally comfortable! I never leave feeling uneasy about the procedure. We just got done with Botox. She puts just the right amount of Botox in every time! The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
