I am not sure how to write a review on this. I absolutely love Dr. Ivanovich. I am not however thrilled with his office personnel. I had an insurance problem. I retired and was transferring my insurance to my husbands. When I retired my insurance was stopped on the day I left. We were waiting for an answer from my husbands insurance. Anyway, the office called me several times to say that I could not use my debit/credit card and needed to bring cash if there was a co pay. At that point all bills were being processed through a pending medicaide account.



Anyway instead of discussing this with me on the phone the office waited for me to show for the appointment and then proceeded to tell me in a room full of waiting patients that unless I paid for the appointment up front I couldn't sign in to see the doctor. It would have been more professional had they called to tell me instead of doing this in a room full of other patients. That way I could have been prepared to pay for the services. Very disappointed since I was depending on this appointment to make sure I could breath during the allergy season. When I asked what happens when I receive medicaide I was told that I would have to pay up front and medicaide would have to re-imburse me. Oddly enough if I could afford to pay up front for this appointment I wouldn't need medicaide. I understand Dr. Ivanovich's position in he wants payment for services rendered. Unfortunately I may be dead before I get what I need insurance wise to cover his services. He needs to talk to his staff regarding a better way to present the problem and definitely not in front of a waiting room full of peopple.
