        It is difficult to achieve being the best at what you do, but Barbara Knowles-Fenning DDS has accomplished that status simply by being "The Best Periodontist" in the greater Bergen County area.

        Her diagnostics, course of treatment and surgical skills, combined with a soothing, caring concern for the patient, reduces the anxiety and discomfort to a minimum. My experience with Dr. Knowles-Fenning has afforded me the ability to treat my progressive gum disease without it being a horrifying experience.

        She is the best!
