Mr. Arnowitz graduated from New York University in 1986. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989, where he was a Notes & Comments Editor of The Hofstra Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Arnowitz joined the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood as an associate where he represented individuals and corporations in complex litigation matters. From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Arnowitz was the senior associate at the Law Offices of Frank N. Peluso, P.C., where he managed the firm’s real estate and litigation departments. In 1998, Mr. Arnowitz formed the Law Offices of Seth J. Arnowitz, LLC, where he continues to represent individuals and small companies in real estate, foreclosure and litigation matters. Mr. Arnowitz is the author of “Expert Evidence in Connecticut State Courts”, American Bar Association Scientific Evidence Review Monogram No. 4 (1999) and “Denying a Natural Parent Visitation Rights”, 20 Family Law Review 2 (June 1988). Mr. Arnowitz is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, State of New York, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also affiliated with the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association. Mr. Arnowitz was born in Brooklyn, New York and now resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children.

Ms. Ripegno frequently serves as the court-appointed attorney, guardian ad-litem and conservator in such diverse cases as probable cause hearings, appointments of guardians and conservators, the temporary and permanent removal of parental rights, adoption matters and matters relating to the probate of wills and the administration of decedents’ estates. Ms. Ripegno was born in Greenwich, Connecticut and now resides in Stamford, Connecticut with her three children.
