I would like to say this. Know what you are buying. Check the numbers stamped on the transmission and trust that employees here do not keep good records and unknowingly sell wrong parts. Also put your part in before the warrantee is expired in case you have a bad part!!!!

i just wanted to tell everybody what a great experience I have had at m and s auto parts...I called "WENDY" on the phone about a transmission for a 1996 honda accord....wat a pleasant voice and very courteous service I received on the phone as well in person...some of the nicest people I have dealt with in this industry,,,the office was extremely clean and all the people were very nice and helpful....I would recommend anybody who needs used auto parts to go visit "wendy" at m and s auto parts...

cool great place i went there with a problem didnt really know what was going on with my truck .. they had robert driver it he then told me it was needing a transmission .. i didnt belive him so i took it for a second check up .. the other shop told me the same thing and want me to let them install it but i really wanted m&s to do the work because i was wanting to buy the trans there .. after i got my truck back i have had no more problems with it love the service from all the guys there thanks m&s i will be making them my one stop shop from now on great people friendly service thanks you so so much

I bought a transmission 4-5 months ago for $650. Which died today, found out today this joke of a place sold me the wrong transmission for my E 350 Ford truck. What I was told by my mechanic I got a E250 transmission. I was told by Roosevelt they will sell my another one for $550, because the 30 days warranty is expired, however " Be happy I drove the truck for that long" REALLY NOW !!!!!!!! Sorry to have given it one star

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I PURCHASED A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM. THEY LOADED IT IN THE BACK OF MY TRUCK, I DROVE OVER 3 HRS. BACK HOME. IT WAS THE WRONG TRANSMISSION, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TRANSMISSION TO REPLACE IT WITH. THEY STILL CHARGED ME A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.EVEN KEPT SOME OF THE GEORGIA SALES TAX. IT COST ME OVER 400.00 DOLLARS TO LEARN A LESSON NOT TO DEAL W/ PEOPLE LIKE THIS. IF YOU EVER HEARD THE SAYING BUYER BEWARE THIS IS THE ONE. I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THEM EVEN ONE STAR, BUT WOULD NOT LET ME POST TO WALL UNTIL I DID.

Stay away from this place they will take your money. A girl name Wendy help me find a Tranmission she charge me 1000.00 for one and said it will be in in a week but when a week pass I called her she told me that they didn't have that one she quoted me on and that she had to find another and was going to charge me for her finding me another one ( Hell No)....I stated thats not my fault that they didnt have it you told me they did..So the other tranmission came in (which I did not pay for her finding it), went and pick up and waited about 1 Month trying to find someone good to but it in I finally did, drove for 1 week and now it won't go in reverse I need another Tranmission all because they sold me a Lemon Tranmission....and warranty was only good for 30 days. Thank you Wendy for selling me a Lemon and M&S you guys suck. I will never recommend anyone to this place

M&S Auto Parts does not give out Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) because they claim they don't even store the VINs in their system. Giving out VINs to verify mileage on engines and transmissions is an industry wide practice that M&S doesn't follow because it keeps them from being held accountable for the mileage they claim on their parts. M&S even claimed that giving out a VIN was illegal.



Without a VIN on the part that you are purchasing you have no way of knowing if the mileage they are quoting you is true.



M&S also does not give refunds for their parts, only credit for a replacement assuming you got a warranty with the part. They only give 30 day warranties on some parts.

I went and traded in my kia for an suv about 2 years ago and I was thinking I was getting a great deal. Wrong! They came and repoed my suv while I was visiting family in Macon because they claimed I didnt give them the title to my kia and my drivers liscens which is BS because if i didnt then they wouldnt of sold my the suv. And I had signed a contract with them saying I had 14 days to return the suv if I didnt like it and on the 14th day they came and took my suv away and wouldnt give me back my kia. They gave me the run around & I never got my trade
