Provided by DexKnowsI was looking for an older style breaker that no one else carried. The sales guy explained to me that the company was no longer in business, but had a replacement option through their main vendor Siemens. Got the switch home and works great.

Provided by DexKnowsI've went to 5 other stores before trying NorthWest. I've been searching everywhere for an older light switch that I needed. The guy that helped me explained the style was desk-bar and he had a replacement upgrade available in stock. Apparently these switches are common in this area. Very happy to finally have a solution. Next time, I will start at NorthWest.
I've been coming here for 55 years and my father in law nano construction has been coming here since it has opened. What is special about NW Electric is that we grow old together as they have maintained the same sales staff over all these years. The quality of service and knowledge of NW Electric is another factor the makes the company so special.

I needed intercom parts for my apartment complex and even though it was past their closing time of 6pm, he stayed to figure out what might help me. The cashier was very friendly as well. Hopefully their bosses will see this. Great service!
Bought some outdoor LED lights from here. While they had to order a few of the fixtures that I needed, I was able to take home part of my order and I love the update they give my home! The only thing that could've made my experience better was if they had all 6 fixtures in stock that I needed. Fortunately for me, the 2 on order will go on the back of my house, so the front is already updated with new curb appeal. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
Remodeling my basement and Mark helped me understand my lighting can options for my dropped ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the time he spent with me.
