We found ourselves in need of a plumber around 11:30am today when our kitchen sink started backing up with water, which in turn led to the deep sink in the garage backing up with water and leaking all over the garage floor. I called three different plumbing companies and Vista Plumbing was the one that could get to us the soonest. Emily was great on the phone and gave us a service window of 2:00 – 4:00pm. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call around 12:45pm letting us know they were ready to help us early. We were excited to not have to wait for the 2 – 4pm window. Ray was at our house about 15 minutes later. Ray snaked our pipes from one side of the house but couldn’t find the blockage so went to the other side of the house to snake it. In the end he was able to remove the blockage and both sinks started draining the standing water. The process was pretty quick and didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Ray was very professional and just an all-around nice person. Out of the three companies we called, it took an hour and a half for one company to call us back to let us know they wouldn’t be able to send someone to help until the following day and we have yet to hear from the other company. I feel that we got really lucky that Vista Plumbing was able to help us out today. I highly recommend their services and will most certainly plan to use them again in the future if/when we need plumbing services again. Thank you, Ray (and Vista Plumbing)!

Overall

Instead of quoting me an hourl...

Instead of quoting me an hourly rate, they quoted me a reasonable lump sum amount for a repair job and they stuck to it! They were fast and efficient and showed up on time. I will use them again.
