THERE SHOULD BE A CHOICE OF ZERO STARS ! SERIOUSLY I D STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS OF A VET! I CANT EVEN CALL THEM VETS THEY ARE KILLERS! OUTRAGEOUS RIPOFFS THEY JUST KILLED 2 OF MY BELOVED PETS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF EACH OTHER ! THEY NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR MISTAKES. THEY MISDIAGNOS THEY MAKE YOU DO MORE AND MORE TESTS KNOWING THEY DONT NEED TO OR COULD HARM THE ANIMAL. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BEDSIDE MANNER. THE OWNEr ONLY CARES ABOUT ACCOLADES AND BOOK SALES! SHE IS A NARCISIST AND YOU CAN FIND ME LIVING UNDER A BRIDGE After the COSTS SHE CHARGED ME AND FOR WHAT ? TWO DEAD FAMILY MEMBERS! DEAD GONE THEY SCREWED MY FAMILY ROYALLY AND THEY DONT CARE. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! I BEG OF YOU DONT GO THERE!

You are now my favorite vets of all time. Our first visit today to you with Claire (guinea pig) was wonderful. Dr. Ravich was beyond patient and thorough with us and with Claire. But what really won me over is how knowledgeable and compassionate the entire staff was. I'm so happy to know that you're so near to us.

I can't even put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Hess and her staff. I've had my parrot for over thirteen years, and have always been dedicated to giving her the best care and love. However, there was so much that I didn't even know about parrot nutrition. After a horrifying incident with egg binding, Dr. Hess saved my wonderful bird's life. Thanks to Dr. Hess's impressive knowledge, my bird is recovering and doing well on a new diet. I can't stress enough how thankful I am and how important it is to put your bird a pellet diet. If you have a bird, even in the best of health, bring it to Dr. Hess for a checkup. You will learn so much and be able to give your bird a happier and healthier life.

Dr. Hess and her staff are best for miles when it comes to exotics. They have treated my ferret Taz for since their opening. Their care and compassion are top notch. I always feel confident bringing Taz to the center whether it's for a check-up or major surgery (which he had 6 months ago). This is an exceptional business. Treatment of my pet was very professional and thorough. I very much appreciated the follow up calls at home. I wish I was given a heads up about those parrots in the waiting room, though. I would have removed my hearing aids!!

I love the Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotic... I also love Dr. Hess, Dr. Ravich and the Staff! I am always there for my bird check ups, nail trims or even buying foods.... The Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics is the best Veterinary I ever went too! I wish I found it sooner, I been there for almost 3 years! The reception Angela and the Staff are very loving people and are very caring! The waiting room is relaxing when you walk in with all the beautiful statues, their are exotic parrots in the waiting room Eclectus Parrot and a African Grey keeping us company when we wait. The exam rooms are spotless when you walk in, knowing the rooms are sterilize to prevent the spread of infection to one animal to another and knowing our Birds & Exotics are safe from any of the microorganisms in or on the environment to prevent the spread of infection gives me relieve! Dr. Hess... what can I say I love her the first day I met her! Dr. Hess lets me know before the exam what she is going to do and why! Dr. Hess does the exam and the blood work right in front of you and my birds are always calm when I am in the room with them! I love it when Dr. Hess and the Vet Techs pays close attention to my parrots if they have any signs of stress, Dr. Hess will give my birds a break to rest... she is very gentle with the Birds and Exotics! Dr. Hess and the Staff also uses a Bovie Pen to do the nails less stressful and it's much quieter on the birds and exotics then using a grinder! Dr. Hess and Dr. Ravich literally treated my DYH Amazon Parrot in 5 days required treatment twice a day of medications for Lead Poison, my Amazon stayed at the Center 5 days, I dropped my Amazon Parrot off in the mornings and picked up my Amazon Parrot at nights to take him home! In 5 days of treatment my Amazon is lead free thanks to Dr. Hess and Dr. Ravich I can't thank them enough! I highly Recommend The Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics! They have updated equipment and the most important thing you will leave there is the best Medical Care for your Birds & Exotics and a lot of Information about the care of your animal!

I have been going to the Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics for over 2 years now and never ever had any problems or concerns with Dr Hess and Dr Ravich and the staff at the VCB&E . I have been to other vets and their knowledge and experience with parrots and exotic pets could fit on the head of a pin . I wanted the best care and vets that had the knowledge and experience with birds and exotic pets and i did'nt have to look no further then the Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics.

loved Dr. Hess the day I met her. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. I wish all my ferrets had the privilege of knowing her care. Her hospital is warm and inviting.
