Mathis Brothers Furniture

The furniture was purchased for a new winter home there in Indio. We live in Indio winter seasons only. We live at: 5757 Easley Rd. Golden, CO 80403 the rest of the year. The staff has agreed to hold our back orders as they arrived until such a time as we can be back in the fall. We appreciated that especially. Over all the only thing we'd have liked better is not having to wait so long for delivery. Knowing circumstances we did understand why. Thank you, Jeanetta Scott

We have been loyal customers for 30 years. We moved here from OKC, and believe we have purchased our last piece of furniturer from Mathis Brothers. We bought several thousands of dollars woth three years ago. One of the livingroom chairs has broken and in need of repair. For $75.00 it would be picked up and repaired, and for another $75.00 to return it to us. You have had the chair for nearly two weeks. I feel like we are doing business at Wal Mart. Custumer service is non existant, and there is no care or thank you for shoping at Mathis Brothers. We go in spend thousands of dollars , and we have to pay you to deliver it! to us. We've never had a follow up phone call. It's those details that make or break a good experience, and because we are only important to you before you make the sale, we will move on. We are fortunate, and are able to spend money on higher end furniture now, but we will find another place to purchace what we want.

The staff is wonderful. I really enjoy having people who care enough to take the time in order to get what I need. I am saving to get a new couch, a bed for my son, and other things. I am hoping that I will get there soon. Money is scarce now and a days, the great thing about Mathis Brothers is that they have low prices and great quality. I never feel like I made a bad choice when i come out of the store.

The store is truly amazing. I suggest you get more up to date furniture, you need furniture like IKEA if that was the case I would be there everyday. I'm sure people will be shopping more often if I had better selection than IKEA or at least the same.

The people at the store were nice and informative, and the delivery was swift. My complaint is the product was lack of a better term, crap. The box bed broke within 3 to 4 months, one of my wheels broke on my frame, and the bed gets hot. I live in the desert so my bed getting hot is frustrating. Even after i put on some sheets the darn thing gets hot to fast. The reason i bought it as because my old bed i started getting back pains, and i purchased this one to hopefully feel better when i sleep, but it is not much of an improvement I absolutely was dissatisfied with the product but not the service. I want to return it but i am afraid it is to late so i have not called. I am also the type of people where ill tell myself, "Well, ill sleep on it a week more to see if it gets better." Which puts me in predicaments.

The delivery personnel were wonderful. Some of our purchase items which were paid for were not on the truck. They re-delivered same day but hours later. Delivery was high for the amount of money we spend.

Mathis Bros is probably the best Furniture company I've ever dealt with. I've lived on the East Coast, Mid-west and now West Coast and never experienced the dedication and commitment of such a team, you should be very proud of them. Having had my own business I know how important it is to have good employees you can depend on to represent you and your company name. We also had furniture delivered and again the delivery experience was outstanding, their concern that everything was perfect was amazing. What a great company, and once again, you should feel very proud of Coral, Noe, Moses and all the customer service team that make the whole experience a treat.

Due to recent illness I needed a new mattress from Marilyn we got there and got her help. She offered advice and showed us the right mattress,service was great!
