Raymond Dysas DDS

Thank Dr Dysas and his staff for all they do. I was so afraid and Dr Dysas was so nice and patient. The staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!!

This office doesn't respond to patient's request to correct billing mistake.



They received the additional insurance check from Insurance company for adjustment, but did not make an adjustment on patient record accordingly.

They just keep billing patient for the old amount and keep adding the penalty to the outstanding balance.



They claimed they need to call Insurance company to clarify things. but they never called.



Insurance company doesn't have any records show that any phone call received from this dental office.

Insurance company rep said case is very clear, if dental office call the insurance office, he will explain it to them.

I was told by Insurance company rep, I don't owe this dentist any money.



It's a painful experience to deal with this office, they don't try to help. they always promised you they "will" call insurance office or "will" work on it. but they never did,

They don't even follow up with your request.



This get into a bad loop, never ended. It's about every 3 months, I received the invoice, I then learned that the problem has not been resolved yet. I contacted this office, they always saying the same thing, If I called on Monday thru Thursday, they will always tell me they will call insurance company on Friday.

If I called on Friday, they will say they are too busy, they will call next week.

They are hopeless.

I probably should file a complaint to BBB(better business bureau) to share my experience with people live in fairborn/dayton area.
